Its all-aluminium construction provides a durable, low-maintenance finish, while the distinctive ridged surface creates a contemporary appearance suited to modern commercial interiors.
The tread is designed to work with compatible Quantum aluminium stair nosing profiles accepting 50mm inserts, allowing the tread to be incorporated into an all-aluminium stair-edge system.
The secret-fix option helps create a clean, uninterrupted appearance by reducing visible fixings and maintaining the architectural character of the stair detail.
Tested Slip Resistance

The tread has achieved a Pendulum Test Value (PTV) of 36+ in dry testing, in walking direction, providing reliable slip resistance for internal hotel and leisure environments.
For projects where visual contrast is required, the tread can also be specified to provide a minimum 30-point Light Reflectance Value (LRV) contrast, helping to support the requirements of Approved Document M and BS 8300 guidance for stair-edge visibility.
