Q-Range Stair Nosings are Quantum Flooring’s most advanced stair nosing design. They have an all-over tread, ensuring full coverage of slip resistant material from the front to the back of each profile, helping to prevent slips, trips, and falls. The risers are satin anodised which inhibits glare, while providing the double benefit of scratch resistance.

Quantum Flooring is proud to introduce the newest addition to its Q-Range: Q-Range Wide Bullnose Stair Nosings. Q-Range Wide has previously been released for other step types as an alternative to double-channel stair nosings. It offers the same surface area, but with a cleaner look and no dirt traps, making them safer and simpler to maintain.

Q-Range Wide Bullnose Stair Nosings are an excellent option for refurbishments of shared access staircases in private residential flats, social housing projects, and hotels. Buildings such as these often have high levels of foot traffic, so the wide tread area is of great benefit in preventing accidents on staircases.

These are the first bullnose stair nosings in the Q-Range Wide series of profiles, and three options are available. QR-SBWR is for fitting with no floorcovering, QR-SBW is suitable for vinyl or other resilient floorcoverings, and QR-HBW is designed for carpet and carpet tile.
