Technical support is available on-line, over the phone or on-site. Advice on the correct choice of stair nosing, pvc accessory, transition trim or entrance matting can be obtained from experienced in-house or field personnel. Once a recommendation has been proposed, samples are despatched for next-day delivery. These will confirm the correct specification before an order is placed.

Assistance is available for large projects when a bespoke flooring accessory solution may be needed. New profiles can be designed and costed. A 3-D sample gives ‘peace-of-mind’ prior to the production of tooling from the in-house Quantum Flooring Solutions facility.
