>> QWood glazing bead video: Shows you how to machine the door glazing bead, with butterfly/dove tail grooves to assemble the cassette. Then outlines how to attach the glazing bead cassette to the door.
>> QWood bolection video: Shows you the dimensions to machine groove the door, and how to cut and join together the QWood Bolection Mould cassette. It then demonstrates how to fix the cassette to the door.
>> QWood rain deflector video: Shows you how to measure and cut QWood’s Rain Deflector. It also gives the correct measurements for where the profile should be drilled and fixed.
As the videos demonstrate, QWood performs just like timber, and looks the same when painted. What’s more, time consuming tasks which don’t add value are removed. This allows your doors to be manufactured to the same high quality, but in less time. With QWood, long term performance is also improved.
