Simon joined Quantum on the YTS scheme as a fresh faced 16-year-old in 1991 and has worked in most areas of the business, most recently as Operations Director.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">Steve Kean will combine his role as Sales &amp; Marketing Director with giving support to Simon in his new role as MD.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">We are also delighted to confirm the appointment of Andrew Woodward as Finance Director from 1st January 2022.
