QLS is a division of Quantum Profile Systems Ltd (QPSL) an Oldham based manufacturing operation with 50 years\u2019 experience in the field of PVC and PVCu extrusion technology. More recently advances have been made in the development of extruded wood composite window beads and bars. These have added to the diverse range of building accessory profiles that make up the QPSL product programme. Stair nosings, skirtings, caps and coves, floor transition profiles and window cavity closers are a selection of what the business can offer. Traditionally QLS has supplied its products to the building trade through traditional supply routes. However, the company\u2019s commitment to LEAN manufacturing processes has opened the door for the business to offer prompt and bespoke profiles to a growing number of offsite construction companies. QSL offers a design, development and manufacturing service to provide bespoke products at the time they are needed. It\u2019s all part of the LEAN philosophy.
